Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at kirantahir459@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and certain non-returnable items are not eligible for returns. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Customers in the European Union may also return eligible items within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.
